The Effect of Low lntensity Exercise on the Life Quality of the Elderly
This article explores the influence of low intensity exercise on the elder's quality life by combining the exercise with the elder's daily abilities and the quality of life. The relationship between the chronic disease and the quality of elder's life is discussed as well. This paper uses the experimental method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to show that the low intensity exercise can reduce the elder's blood pressure (P>0.05)but can not change the old man's heart rate(P>0.05)and it has the impact on the body shape index of the elder's body weight,waistline,etc.. The low intensity exercise increases the amount of exercise of the elder,improves the living ability of the elder,and reduces the chances of elder's disease. The results of the experiments show that low intensity exercise changes the body shape of the elder,their body weight and the waistline reducing. After experiment the blood pressure is lower which is near normal blood pressure range. The low intensity exercise can increase the elders' living abilities significantly and improve immunity to disease,all of which improve the quality of the elders' life.
