Analysis of the Status Quo of Female Teachers' Fitness Activities in the Urban Area of Yiyang City
High school is an important stage in one’s life, and it is the only way to enter the University.The responsibility of high school teachers is significant, and the teaching task is heavy and the workload is large.Exercising is influenced by many factors.The paper regards female teachers in high schools in Yiyang City as the research object, and analyses the current situation of female teachers’physical fitness. The results shows that the fitness motivation differs along with the ages:18-30 year-old female teachers exercise for body-building; 30 to 45 year-old female teachers give priority to release stress; 45-59 year-old female teachers focusing on enhancing the physical fitness.The intensity and the frequency of sports fitness activities also demonstrate difference on ages, but basically they accord with the physiological and health features of the female.The ranking of school scores and the heavy workload of teaching tasks are the main reasons for their participation in sports activities.
