摘要
加强青年体育教师师德建设，对教学实效性和对青年教师自身成长进步均意义重大。文章从实际观察和文献查找中总结出部分青年体育教师师德表现不良的现象，并提出加强青年体育教师师德建设的方法与建议。
Abstract
Strengthening the professional ethics of young physical teachers has a great significance both in the teaching effectiveness and the self-development of young teachers. From the actual observation and literature research, the paper discovers the lacking of professional ethics of some young physical teachers and put forwards suggestions to strengthen the teachers' morality accordingly.
