射箭是一项受环境、器械影响,以体能为基础、以技术为核心、以心理为保障的非身体直接接触的同场对抗性项目,心理训练至关重要。文章就心理训练的重要性及心理训练的方法进行探讨,提供性格训练、放松训练、表象训练、情绪转移训练、模拟实战训练、干扰训练和自我调节训练七种训练方法,以期为射箭的心理训练提供借鉴。
On the Psychological Training of Archery Athletes
Archery is affected by environment and the devices, based on physical capacity, technology as the core, ensured by psychological security, is the field antagonism sport with non- physical direct contact, its psychological training is essentially important. The psychological training and the importance of psychological training methods are discussed in the paper, and the study provides character training, relaxation training, image emotional training, transfer training, simulated combat training, interference training and self regulation of seven kinds of training methods, in order to provide a reference for archery psychological training.
