摘要
山东省高校体操的教学现状，主要对教师师资队伍现状、体操场地器材状况、体操教学方法及教学组织形式等方面进行调查分析，并指出存在的问题。在结合新课改与高校体操教学改革的实际情况下，为促进山东省高校体操教学进一步改革与发展提出策略和建议，从根源上改变体操教师的教学质量，以改变当前体操教学现状，以保证体操教学质量的进一步提高。
Abstract
In this thesis, the quality of teachers, the equipment status, the teaching methods and forms of teaching organization and other aspects of gymnastics teaching situation in Shangdong province are investigated and lots of problems are pointed out as well. In the light of the new curriculum and the teaching reform of college gymnastics, strategies and recommendations are proposed to further promote the college physical education reform and development in Shandong province. It is effective for changing the quality of gymnastics teachers and the current teaching status of gymnastics, and improving gymnastics teaching quality.
