摘要
优秀女子100米栏运动员邓茹在第12届全运会赛前训练内容及特点,得出结论:在全运会比赛前3周,邓茹开始进行赛前训练。赛前训练主要通过小运动量、高强度的方式,巩固技术动作,积极控制和治疗伤病,调整竞技状态,争取在全运会比赛中取得好成绩;赛前训练以巩固和发展专项技术和速度能力为整体思路,以技术和速度训练为主要内容,有意识地减少了耐力和身体素质方面的训练,针对邓茹的不足和伤病情况,合理安排训练强度和负荷,训练后采取积极的恢复、治疗措施。赛前训练效果明显,在巩固技术能力、调整竞技状态方面有一定的效果。
Abstract
By analyzing the exercises done by Deng Ru, an elite woman athlete in 100-meter hurdles race, and the characteristics of her training, the thesis gets a conclusion that 3 weeks before the National Games, Deng Ru began her pre-season training in small doses but with high strength to consolidate the basic skills, to control and treat injuries actively, and to help her stay in peak condition to shoot for the best results. Pre-training aims at consolidate and improve specific skills and speed, so skill and speed training are the main exercises and the endurance and fitness aspects of training are consciously reduced. Taking Deng Ru’s insufficiency and injuries into consideration, the training strength are strictly controlled. Besides, after the training exercises, recovery and treatment measures are taken actively. Pre-training has a demonstrable effect in strengthening the technical ability and keeping Deng Ru in good form.
