如今,人们的生活水平渐渐提高了,周围人群中的胖者也悄悄多了起来。其中,学生肥胖的人数越来越多,有好多学生就像是一个个相扑运动员。人是变得“富态”了,可是,由肥胖导致疾病也越来越多、越来越重。肥胖不仅影响到学生的身心健康,并且还严重地影响到了他们将来的就业与工作。减肥已经成为刻不容缓的社会问题,必须引起人们的重视。文章针对减肥这一问题,主要从运动方面入手进行了研究,并得出一些行之有效的成功经验,以帮助人们成功瘦身与健身。
Exercise for Weight Loss
Nowadays, people's living standards are gradually improving, there are more people facing the problem of fat body. Among them, the number of overweight students is bigger and bigger, there are a lot of students like sumo wrestlers. With more people rich in fat, fat body has caused obesity diseases increasingly, more and more heavy weight. Obesity not only affects students' physical and mental health, but also seriously affects their future employment and work. Weight loss has become an urgent social problem that must cause people's attention. This article aims at the problem of the world, mainly from the aspects of sports, and the success of the successful experience, to help people to lose weight and keep fitness.
