摘要
文章中将当今情况之下的青少年身体训练方式进行详尽的解析,从青少年素质的发展特点,即,力量素质、速度素质、耐力素质、灵敏素质、柔韧素质等方面进行了研究,并对相应的青少年运动素质在不同时期的训练方法进行分析讨论,通过解析的问题从而起到相应的方案来解决此案阶段的问题。
Abstract
This paper explains specifically the training methods of juvenile athletes under current situation. It is also based on the juvenile features, such as strength, speed, endurance, sensitive and flexibility. And it discusses different training methods as for according teenagers and tries to find the solutions to these problems.
