摘要
文章通过采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法，对常德市安乡一中体育高考队运动训练项目管理、运动训练人员管理、运动训练经费管理、运动训练场地设施管理现状进行了调查与分析，结果显示：常德市安乡一中体育高考队存在运动训练项目的管理不完善，教练员的选拔和聘任没有具体的程序，职责权限不明确，运动员的选材工作不完善，管理运动员的方法过于简单，运动训练场地设施不足，管理机制不完善等问题，并针对存在的问题提出相应的建议，为常德市安乡一中体育高考队运动训练管理提供一定的理论参考。
Abstract
By using the method of literature, mathematical statistics , interview and observation methods, this thesis analyzes the personnel management, financial management, training exercise training venues and facilities management in the Anxiang county’s sports college entrance examination team training project management. The results show that there are a number of problems in Anxiang’s college entrance examination sports training project management team, which include the unjust procedure selection and appointment of coaches , unclear responsibility , the incomplete system of selection of athletes , the crude management method and insufficient training facilities. Given to the situation above, this thesis puts forward corresponding suggestions with the expectation to provide a theoretical reference for the establishment of Anxiang’s sports college entrance examination training management team.
