摘要
随着我国高等院校持续扩招，中等职业教育跌入低谷，中职生源严重不足，生源质量无法选择，导致中职学生整体素质较差，尤其是体校更处于尴尬的位置，本来选择体校，对家长来说，实属万般无奈之举，这样的结果最终使基层体校的学生现状不容乐观，必然给学生管理工作带来很大的困惑，文章旨在通过对体校学生现状及存在的问题分析，探求适合体校学生管理的方式，以期与同行们共同探讨。
Abstract
with the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, secondary occupation education fell into a trough situation, such as a serious shortage of vocational students and the lower quality of students, resulting in a poor overall quality of vocational students. Specifically, more schools are in an awkward position. For parents, it is helpless to choose a sport school. This situation finally causes that the students’status quo in sports schools is not optimistic, which is bound to disturb the student management work. According to the current situation of the sports school and students’ problems, this paper seeks for suitable methods for sports students’management. We also seek for further discussion with colleagues.
