浅析篮球中锋位置策应传球技术的培养与训练

摘要
篮球技术的改进是推动篮球运动发展的根本因素之一。随着现代篮球比赛程度的日趋激烈，教练员对传接球技术越来越重视，尤其是所处篮球场禁区位置的中锋，培养中锋位置策应传球技术对全队进攻体系对建立显得尤为重要，文章对中锋位置如何获得球权以及中锋策应位置传球方法的训练进行探讨，以期对日后中锋位置策应传球技术训练提供帮助与指导。
Abstract
The improvement of basketball technique is one of the fundamental factors to promote the development of basketball. With the development that modern basketball game match level is becoming increasingly fierce, coaches are attaching more attention to the passing technology, especially the basketball center position that located in the court box area. Training center players on the pivot passing technique is very important for establishing the whole team’s offensive system. This paper analyzes how could center players get the ball and pass from pivot position, hoping to provide help and guidance to the future training of the center position in pivot passing techniques.
