摘要
运用文献资料法、数理统计法等方法，通过对近四届全运会广东省田径奖牌分布及项目布局的纵向对比分析，再取广东近四届全运会田径前八强所得田径奖牌情况进行横向对比分析。得出结论：广东省田径竞技实力出现波动下滑，获奖项目竞争面窄和部分传统优势项目遭遇挑战，铸金率下降，人才贮备后劲不足等问题。建议在提出要强力稳固广东省传统优势项目的同时加大对潜在优势项目的支持力度，完善青少年竞技后备人才选拔机制，提升优秀运动员储备；合理布局，突出重点；科学化训练，加强梯队建设，形成高水平培养体系，提高铸金效率等。
Abstract
By using the methods of literature data and mathematical statistics, the paper compares analyzes the distribution of medals and project and gives the horizontal contrast analysis on the final eight for the recent four National Games in Guangdong Province Track and field. The paper concludes some problems as follows: competition power of Guangdong team declines in volatility; the winning project competition and face narrow part of the traditional advantage project encounters challenges; drop in the casting gold rate; talent reserve problem. Besides, the paper raises the suggestions in the proposed strong solid traditional advantageous sports of Guangdong province while enhancing the support to potential advantageous sports, and improve the youth athletics reserving personnel selection mechanism, improve elite athletes reserving; reasonable layout, highlight the importance; Scientific training, strengthen the echelon construction, form high level training system, improve the efficiency of casting gold, etc.
