摘要
健美操是一项以有氧运动为基础，以健、力、美为特征，融体操、舞蹈、音乐为一体的体育运动。文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地观察法、数理统计法等研究方法对晋中师范高等专科学校体育专业健美操教学现状进行调查，并在分析问题的基础上有针对性地提出相应的对策。
Abstract
Aerobics is an aerobic exercise, which is characterized by combination of health, strength, beauty, harmony, gymnastics, dance and music . By using the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, field observation, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this thesis researches the aerobics teaching present situation of Professional Sports majors in Jinzhong Teachers College and it puts forward corresponding countermeasures for problems exposing in this investigation.
