On the Development and Utilization Statues of Traditional Wushu in the School-based Curriculum of Physical Education in Local Colleges and Universities--Taking Hengshui University as an Example
Taking Hengshui University as an example, the special research of development and utilization of Traditional Wushu is carried out in local colleges and universities sports school-based curriculum resources, finds that the degree of traditional Wushu in the local colleges and universities sports school-based curriculum development and utilization is low. The main problems are teachers’ lacking of awareness of bringing the traditional Wushu into local college sports curriculum resources; attaching great importance to the form not the essence of the Wushu while bringing it into the physical education curriculum; attaching great importance to "take" it, lack of advancing with the times and innovation. Suggestions which are put forward are to improve the autonomy of decision of teachers in physical education specialty curriculum, strengthen the teachers of physical education on traditional Wushu such as learning and understanding and diversified training the teaching quality of professional sports teachers engaged in traditional Wushu.
