摘要
人才培养模式是民族院校体育教育专业人才质量的保障，也是推动系部发展的动力。文章旨在结合民族院校现有条件，分析其制约民族院校体育专业人才培养模式的因素，促进其改革，探讨制定科学合理的人才培养模式。
Abstract
The professional training mode is the guarantee of the quality of physical education major talents training in colleges and universities for nationalities, and a driving force for the promotion of the development of department. Taking the current conditions of the colleges for nationalities into consideration, this study aims at analyzing the factors restricting the ethnic education’s professional training mode in national colleges and universities , promoting the reform and formulating a scientific and reasonable training mode.
