摘要
文章在休闲体育时代的背景下，结合专业知识与其他学者相关研究，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数据统计法对上海市徐汇区某中学参与休闲体育活动的现状展开调查，并分析影响学校开展休闲体育活动的因素，为上海市中学生更好地参与到休闲体育中去提出对策与可信性建议，培养学生对休闲体育活动的兴趣，以促进中学生的全面发展。
Abstract
Under the background of the era of leisure sports and combining with professional knowledge and other scholars’ relevant researches, this paper uses the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, interview method, and data statistics to investigate the present situation of participation in leisure sports activities in a middle school in Xuhui District, Shanghai City, and to analyze the influential factors of the development of leisure sports activities, which helps to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for middle school students in Shanghai to participate in leisure sports, cultivate students' interest in leisure sports activities, and promote the full development of students.
