随着信息科技的进步和互联网的日益普及，整个网络正在建造成一个前所未有的超级大型数据库，为我们提供了获取教学资源最简单便捷的途径。文章通过对网络体育教学资源的特点、应用及需注意的问题等方面进行分析，对提高中学体育与健康课程的教学质量具有重要意义。
Abstract
With the development of information technology and the increasing popularity of the Internet, the whole network is being built into an unprecedented super large database, which provides us with the most simple and convenient way to obtain teaching resources. This paper analyzes the characteristics, application and problems of the teaching resources of the network, so as to improve the teaching quality of middle school physical education and health curriculum.
