摘要
文章通过文献资料法、归纳分析法、逻辑演绎法，从多角度探讨中学体育教师的职业素质，从中学体育教师职业观念、专业基础、表达能力以及体魄健壮等热点问题进行浅析，并提出中学体育教师是学校体育工作的组织者与指挥者，只有具备良好的职业素质，有甘为人梯的献身精神，才能胜任本职工作，担当起时代赋予的重任。
Abstract
Through the methods of literature and induction analysis, logical deduction, this paper explores the professional qualities of PE teachers in middle schools from multiple perspectives and studies from professional concept of physical education teachers in the middle school, professional foundation, expression ability and robust physique and other hot issues to carry on the analysis, and puts forward that, in physical education, the professional qualities of PE teachers who organize and commend school sports. Besides, the paper discusses that teachers who have good professional qualities are willing to devote can be competent for the job and take the responsibilities for the society.
