摘要
文章采用实地考察法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法对中学生大课间活动进行调查与分析，以期能更好的发展运城市中学的大课间质量。根据运城市阳光体育大课间活动的开展过程中所遇到的问题，文章进行了分析并给予相应合理化的建议，以促进运城市高中学校阳光体育大课间活动的健康开展。
Abstract
This paper adopts the methods of fieldwork, literature, expert interview, logic analysis, to do the survey of middle school students long-break sport activities, to provide certain reference for their sport activities and improve the quality of their long-break quality in Yuncheng middle schools. According to the problems in Yuncheng sunshine sports of long-break of middle schools, this paper analyzes and gives the corresponding rationalization suggestions, in order to promote Yuncheng high school long-break activities healthy development in sunshine sports.
