肌肉系统能够产生力量,肌肉力量包含大小、长短和维持平衡三个方面的功能,爆发力是肌肉力量大小与速度结合的产物,是影响运动员竞技表现的最重要因素之一。爆发力的训练首先要理解力量与速度的相互关系,其次要深入认识影响爆发力的相关因素,主要包括神经系统的监控与协调、肌肉系统的牵张反射与能量贮存、核心肌群的力量传导。
The muscle system can produce strength, muscle strength contains the size, length and maintain balance between the three functions, the explosive force is the product of the size and speed of muscle strength, is one of the most important factors that affect the performance of athletes. The training of explosive force should understand the relationship between strength and speed. Secondly, we should deeply understand the related factors, including the monitoring and coordination of the nervous system, the stretch reflex and energy storage, and the strength of the core muscle group.
