摘要
有氧训练是足球运动员体能训练的基础。文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,从运动生理学角度分析一般有氧供能原理和氧运输原理,结合足球运动特点,对适合提高职业足球运动员有氧能力的训练方法,如持续训练法、间歇训练法、有氧健身操训练法、有氧无氧交叉训练法、小型比赛训练法等进行简要说明,并提出相关建议。
Abstract
Aerobic training is the foundation of soccer player physical ability training. This article analyses general aerobic energy principle and the principle of oxygen transport from the perspectives of exercise physiology, using the methods of literature, logic analysis, combining with the characteristics of soccer sport, the suitable method to improve the training of professional soccer athletes' aerobic capacity has carried on the brief description. Training methods including continuous training method, the intermittent training method, aerobic exercise training, aerobic anaerobic cross-training, small-sided games training method, and related suggestions are put forward.
