This article uses the method of questionnaire survey to study the organizational culture of middle school basketball teams in Taiyuan city. The results show that high school sports team is the school’s formal organization, with their own unique beliefs, ideology, value orientation and behaviors, which form the team and unique organization culture;from organizational goals, learning behaviors, security factors and values of five subsystems of team comparative analysis, the results show that junior middle school, the high school teams significantly different in target tissue ; starters and non-starters significantly different in institutional innovation and system; in team entry time, creativity, action, interference factors and other aspects also show significant differences.
