摘要
“霸王鞭”在我国部分地区开展历史悠久，是中国传统文化组成部分。文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法。通过对中国传统民俗文化活动“霸王鞭”的挖掘、研究显示，目前就这一活动的相关研究很少。文章通过捕捉榆社地区这一地域特色体育文化特征与传承，以此为切入点，旨在保护非物质文化遗产，丰富人们的体育文化生活，为“霸王鞭”活动的传承和发展提供积极的参考依据。
Abstract
"Ba wang bian" has a long history in some areas of our country. It is a part of Chinese traditional culture. This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and so on. Also through researching the Chinese traditional folk culture activities "Ba wang bian", we can know there are few research on this activity. Through researching the regional sports culture characteristics and the inheritance in the Yushe area and taking this as the breakthrough point, this paper aims to protect the intangible cultural heritage and enrich sports and cultural life of the people and provides the positive reference of development of the traditional sport.
