摘要
学校体育文化建设是我国体育文化事业发展的基础，也是各地学校教育存在的问题之一。针对当前学校体育文化建设的内涵、特征、现状和问题进行分析，提出各地学校必须有效利用自身优势，加强学校体育的物质、制度和精神文化建设，制定出科学合理的设计思路，以便为体育文化传承创设优质和谐的环境，建立健全学校体育组织实施制度，完善与创新学校体育文化。
Abstract
School sports culture construction is the foundation for the development of the sports culture in our country, and one of the existing problems. In view of school sports culture construction, its connotation, features, present situation and problems, the paper puts forward such countermeasures: schools around must effectively utilize their own advantages, strengthen sports material, institutional and spiritual culture construction, develop a scientific and reasonable design idea, create quality and harmonious environment for the sports cultural inheritance, and establish and perfect the system of school sports to organize, implement, improve and innovate the school sports culture.
