Through analyses of artistic gymnastics coaches from three different groups (high-level sports team, college group, and university sports college group) participating in the CSARA 2013 from perspectives of age, education, academic titles, etc., it is found that the predominant problems existing in the teaching staff of college artistic gymnastics in China is insufficient support from the college administrations and limited available sports games. Schools are to be called on to give more support and to manage more sports events, so that coaches of artistic gymnastics can organize system routine training and have more chances to improve in actual sports games.
