The Experimental Study on Programmed Teaching Method for Forehand and Backhand Hitting in University General Tennis Course--Taking Yancheng Teachers University as an Example
This paper conducts a comparing experimental study on general tennis course students of Yancheng Teachers College for a period of 18 weeks. This study shows that: compared to the conventional teaching method, programmed teaching method is more conducive to improve students’ technical skills. Students all kinds of skills are significantly improved. The main reason is that the programmed teaching method can make the difficult and complicated teaching content more simple and easy to study, thus stimulate students’ learning initiative, enthusiasm and change the traditional passive learning pattern, which can enhance the teaching process to a better and systematic state as well as improve the teaching efficiency and quality.
