运用灰色关联分析法,依据多次比赛运动员相对速度变化特征,总结男子20km 竞走速度节奏的制胜规律。结果表明:男子20 km 竞走全程四个阶段的制胜速度节奏为:第一阶段采用低速启动;第二阶段积极加速,争夺更好的比赛位置;第三阶段调整节奏保持有利位置;第四阶段选择适当的加速冲刺时机。
Through using the grey correlation analysis method and on the basis of multiple game athletes relative speed variation characteristics, this paper sums up the winning rule of men's 20 km race walking pace. The results show that the men's entire 20 km race walking’s winning pace of four stages are as follows: the first phase begins with a slow start; the second phase positive acceleration, for better positions; the third phase adjusts rhythm to keep good position; the fourth stage chooses appropriate spurt timing.
