摘要
制度安排在运动员培养过程中起到了非常重要的作用。文章从赛而佳则学、体而优则仕、技不良则困、健儿当自强等四个方面，对我国运动员的培养进行了制度安排视角的多棱镜透视。
Abstract
Institutional arrangement plays an important role in athletes training. The paper analyzes the athletes training from 4 aspects with the institutional arrangement. When athletic performance is excellent, then they can go to college. When their competitive skills are outstanding, then they can enter politics. When their achievement is not good, then they will be impoverished. The athletes must be strong after retirement.
