摘要
体育经纪人作为体育产业的重要组成部分，发挥着越来越重要的作用，开发体育商业价值，促进体育市场繁荣。然而，我国现有的体育经纪人存在诸多问题，如经纪人匮乏、知识经验不足、行业混乱、管理不规范等问题，这将会直接影响到未来体育产业的发展。文章通过分析我国体育经纪人发展现状，针对存在的主要问题，提出发展对策，从而为体育经纪人未来发展提供参考价值。
Abstract
Sports agents, as an important part of sports industry, play an increasingly important role such as developing sports commercial value and prospering sports. However, there are many problems in China's existing sports agents such as lacking of sports agents, knowledge and experience, industry confusion, irregular management and so on. These will directly affect the development of sports industry in the future. This paper analyzes the development status of sports agents in China and puts forward the development strategy aiming at the present main problem, so as to provide a reference value for the future development of sports brokers.
