Sports agents, as an important part of sports industry, play an increasingly important role such as developing sports commercial value and prospering sports. However, there are many problems in China's existing sports agents such as lacking of sports agents, knowledge and experience, industry confusion, irregular management and so on. These will directly affect the development of sports industry in the future. This paper analyzes the development status of sports agents in China and puts forward the development strategy aiming at the present main problem, so as to provide a reference value for the future development of sports brokers.
