摘要
文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对安徽省高校卓越体育教师培养现状进行研究，分析当前在卓越体育教师培养方面存在的问题，提出促进安徽省高校卓业体育教师培养与发展对策：明确目标定位；确立卓越体育教师培养标准；创新卓越体育教师培养方案；完善卓越体育教师培养的运行机制；加强卓越体育教师培养计划的组织和后勤保障；打造卓越体育教师培养实践基地；构建卓越体育教师培养评价体系等。
Abstract
By using the methods of literature, questionnaire survey and expert interview, this paper researches on the current training situation of Excellent P.E. Teachers in universities and colleges of Anhui Province. It analyzes the outstanding problems on the current Training of P.E. Teachers and puts forward some countermeasures to develop such training. The measures are clear targeting, establishment of training standards for Excellent P.E. Teachers, innovation of Excellent P.E. teachers training programs, improvement of the operational mechanism of Excellent P.E. Teachers training, enhancement of organizational and logistical support of Excellent P.E. Teachers training program, building of practice base for Excellent P.E. Teachers training, and construction of evaluation system for Excellent P.E. Teachers training program.
