摘要
采用专家访谈法等研究方法，对江苏省6所全日制体育硕士培养单位的专业设置、培养目标、课程设置、导师情况、就业指导等进行分析，提出可行的建议：坚持就业优先，加强创业政策宣传；优化课程设置，落实“双导师”模式；开展职业规划，建立专业硕士就业指导部门。
Abstract
Using expert interviews and other research methods, this thesis analyzes the professional settings, training objectives, curriculum, tutor, career guidance of six full-time physical master training unit in Jiangsu province and puts forward some feasible suggestions: putting employment in the first place ;strengthening the propaganda of business policy ;optimizing the curriculum, implementing the "double tutor" model; carrying out career planning, establishing a professional master career guidance department.
