This paper makes a survey on the situation of middle school teachers' participation in physical training in Xiangfen province. Except for investigation and communication with some teachers, we also use the method of issuing questionnaires to collect some information. Then we can find out some problems in the process of physical training and put forward some suggestions to help the physical and mental development of teachers in order to make further contribution to the development of physical education.
