摘要
文章通过分析我国高校体操教学出现的一些滑坡现象和存在的问题，讨论并提出相应的改进措施，从而改善高校体操教学的落后现状，以适应大学生健康教育的需要。
Abstract
Through the analysis of the landslide phenomenon and existing problems in the teaching of Gymnastics in Colleges and universities in China, we discussed and put forward the corresponding improvement measures and countermeasures, hoping to attract the attention of the decision-making departments, so as to improve the University's gymnastics teaching situation and meet the needs of college students’ health education.
