高校网球教学中步法训练对底线技术的影响研究

摘要
步法是网球运动的关键，高校网球教学对步法练习的忽视在一定程度上影响了教学效果。文章通过实验的方法，进行网球步法教学的研究，结果表明，快速规范的脚步移动是提高网球底线技术和底线击球准确性、稳定性的重要因素。
Abstract
Footwork is the key of tennis, to a certain extent, ignoring footwork exercises will affect the effect of tennis teaching in colleges and universities. This paper researches the tennis footwork teaching through the method of experiment. The results show that the fast and normative footwork are the important factors to enhance the tennis technique and accuracy and stability of bottom line.
