摘要
篮球裁判工作在当今篮球运动中具有重要的位置，裁判员在篮球比赛过程中发挥着一个引导和组织者的身份。所谓”没有规矩不能成方圆”，而篮球裁判员正是篮球比赛的执裁者。篮球裁判员要对篮球比赛中出现的情况做出准确快速无误的判罚，使篮球比赛有规则有序进行。随着篮球运动的不断发展与进步，激烈的篮球比赛越来越需要篮球裁判员具有更高的水平。因此，培养高水平的体育专业学生篮球裁判员，提高篮球裁判员的个人能力，对现代化篮球比赛具有重要意义。
Abstract
Basketball referee has an important position in today's basketball sport, mainly the identity of organizers and guide in games. As the saying goes: "Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards", basketball referees are the judges of basketball matches, who make accurate and quick decision to make sure basketball games proceed orderly. With the continuous development and progress of basketball, more intense and fiercer basketball games require referees of higher level. Therefore, cultivating high-level sports student basketball referee and improving referees’ personal ability have great significance for modern basketball game.
