摘要
文章通过问卷调查和访谈等常规方法对山西省竞技体育田径项目后备人才的招生选材情况、训练情况、输送机制；人才流失现象、教练员的训练水平、经费投入情况等多方面的了解，分析得出山西省田径后备人才的发展现状，探讨制约山西省田径项目后备人才培养、输送、成材率的因素，发现影响山西省田径项目后备人才缺乏和流失的原因；找出山西省田径后备人才发展中存在问题，并有针对性地为山西省田径项目后备人才的培养和发展提出可行性的对策和建议，为推动山西省田径后备人才的发展以及为相关职能部门和田径培养单位作出决策提供参考依据。
Abstract
Through the questionnaire survey and interviews and other conventional methods ,this thesis researches the selection of the back-up talents, training, recruitment delivery mechanism, the phenomenon of brain drain, coaches training, investment in the track and field project in Shanxi province and obtains the development status of Shanxi province .It also analyzes the factors influencing the cultivation ,transportation of the back-up talents in track and field in Shanxi Province and finds out the reasons affecting the lacking and outflow of talents .Basing on these researches, the paper digs out the problems existing in the development of back-up talents and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation and development of the back-up talented athletics, providing references for promoting the development back-up talented athletics and decision-making of the related track and field departments and units .
