摘要
射击训练与普通意义上的努力是不成比例的，任何一个数据微小的变化都会对结果造成很大的影响，只有运用科学的观点来解释射击项目发展的规律，客观地分析射击项目的训练、比赛，我们才能更好地提高训练成效。
Abstract
Shooting training and the general sense of the effort is disproportionate. Any change of a small number of data will have a great impact on the results. Only by using scientific view to explain the law of the development of the shooting and analyzing the shooting training objectively and competition, can we better improve the training results.
