摘要
中国的教练员在工作和生活中全方位监督和管理着运动员，充当着运动员的多种社会关系。教练员的能力决定着所带运动员能取得什么成就，决定着运动员将来发展的方向。
Abstract
Chinese coaches supervise and manage the athletes in the work and life as all kinds of social relations of an athlete. The ability of the coaches determines what the athletes can achieve, and the direction of the development of the athletes.
