摘要
文章通过多年带队训练比赛，在实践中总结出的一些切身体会，对关键球出现的各种情况进行了梳理，逐项进行剖析，并提出解决办法，对专业选手、业余选手均有借鉴意义。文章就关键球常出现的问题列举出来并深入分析。
Abstract
Through years of notch training game, the paper sums up in some personal experience, combs the sorts of situations of the key ball, analyzes them item by item, and puts forward solutions which are meaningful for both the professional athletes and amateur players. The questions are listed and analyzed in depth in the following part.
