The hurdle, which is characterized by strong technical and complex structure, has high requirements for athletes' physical quality. The speed, strength, flexibility, agility, endurance and so on will affect the final scores of the hurdle. Along with the outstanding performance of Liu Xiang and other outstanding athletes of our country in the international arena and the professional development of competitive sports, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. More and more young athletes to get good results in the hurdles must strengthen the physical quality training, as the Asian race, especially in power has improved. In this paper, we have discussed the methods of enhancing the strength of the juvenile hurdle athletes, especially in the core training.
