青少年跨栏运动员力量素质训练探究

跨栏项目,其特点是技术性强,动作结构较为复杂,其对运动员的身体各种素质要求都很高,速度、力量、柔韧、灵敏、耐力等素质都对跨栏项目的最终成绩具有很大影响。随着刘翔等一批我国优秀跨栏运动员在国际赛场的优异表现和竞技体育的职业化发展,跨栏项目的比赛竞争日趋激烈,也被越来越多的青少年运动员要在跨栏比赛中取到好成绩就必须要加强身体素质方面的训练,作为亚洲人种尤其是在力量方面有所提高。文章就加强青少年跨栏运动员力量素质尤其是在核心训练方面的方法进行了探讨,希望能够对青少年训练有所帮助。
The hurdle, which is characterized by strong technical and complex structure, has high requirements for athletes' physical quality. The speed, strength, flexibility, agility, endurance and so on will affect the final scores of the hurdle. Along with the outstanding performance of Liu Xiang and other outstanding athletes of our country in the international arena and the professional development of competitive sports, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. More and more young athletes to get good results in the hurdles must strengthen the physical quality training, as the Asian race, especially in power has improved. In this paper, we have discussed the methods of enhancing the strength of the juvenile hurdle athletes, especially in the core training.
