From Initial Situation to Target Situation:Realization Path of Educational Goal for the Elderly in the New Era
The development of education for the elderly faces new needs,new challenges and new problems in the new era.The starting point of promoting the development of education for the elderly is to accurately identify the development goals and current problems of education for the elderly.28 core policies of education for the elderly and 27 reports on the development of education for the elderly in provincial administrative regions were analyzed with grounded theory research method in analyzing the target context and initial context of education for the elderly in the new era,and presenting the story line that promotes the realization path of the target context of education for the elderly in the development process from the initial context to the target context.In order to promote the effective transformation from the initial situation to the target situation,education for the elderly in the new era in China needs to analyze the learning needs of contemporary older people from multiple dimensions,identify the education empowerment scenarios,establish the connection between education services and elderly life scenarios,and achieve multi-subject linkage governance.
