How to Improve Digital Inclusivity for the Elderly:Analysed Based on the Australian Digital Inclusion Index Report
Amidst the continuous implementation of the Digital China strategy,the rapid development of digital technology has brought revolutionary changes to all aspects of society.China is at a critical juncture where digitalization and an aging population intersect,high-lighting the issue of digital inclusion for the elderly.Their marginalization in the digital age is intensifying.How to enhance digital inclu-sion for China's elderly has become an increasingly significant social issue.In recent years,attention to the digital divide among the el-derly in developed countries has grown.This article reviews Australia's Digital Inclusion Index in the last three years,assessing trends in accessibility,affordability,and digital skills.It identifies strategies and issues in boosting digital inclusion for Australia's seniors and suggests solutions at three levels,national,social,and individual,to inform our approach to this challenge.
