Research on the Evaluation Indicators Construction of Elderly Education Social Outcomes in Beijing
The promotion of social outcomes evaluation of education,including elderly education,is an inevitable requirement for Chi-na's education moving towards institutionalization and scientific development.Based on the analysis of connotation,it summarizes key features and policy texts of social outcomes of the elderly education.The social outcomes evaluation indicators for elderly education in Beijing have been preliminary setup.Three rounds of Delphi expert survey were taken to construct the evaluation indicator dimensions of Beijing's elderly education social outcomes.Afterwards,a satisfaction survey of the constructed evaluation indicators is conducted with the survey method to verify the evaluation indicators.It is aimed to provide evaluation basis and new ideas for the effective development of elderly education social outcomes.
