Aiming at the problem of intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)association and joint active and passive beamforming in a multi-access point and multi-user system aided by multi-IRSs,we design an association and beamforming scheme that does not rely on instantaneous channel state information.Firstly,the association scheme is designed based on large scale fading parameters.Then a passive beamforming algorithm based on 1-bit feedback is proposed,which adjust the phase of the reflection elements by using the received signal strength.The simulation results show that the user association scheme has a significant impact on the average S1NR,and the convergent 1-bit feedback algorithm can approach the performance of active and passive beamforming phase alignment.
