垃圾焚烧脱酸系统运行优化研究

某垃圾焚烧厂采用半干法+干法+湿塔的烟气脱酸系统对焚烧产生的酸性气体进行梯级处理,对系统运行数据分析后发现,各脱酸工艺段运行工况与设计工况有较大区别,如完全按照设计工况投用相关脱酸工艺,则会造成脱酸耗材使用成本过高、飞灰和洗烟废水产量偏大的问题.分析研究发现,可通过调整部分工艺设备的运行参数,降低脱酸系统运行能耗和碳排放,达到既排放达标,又降低成本的目的.工况调整前,烟囱烟气中SO2、HCl浓度均在5mg/Nm3以内.经过多次工况调整试验后,尾部烟气中SO2、HCl排放浓度仍可控制在10mg/Nm3以内,远低于欧盟2010、国标2014和上海市地标排放要求.吨垃圾处理消石灰和氢氧化钠脱酸耗材使用成本从设计值25.39元降低至13.7元,较设计值降低了53.92%,降本增效效果明显.
Optimization and Research on the Operation Conditions of Acid Gas Remov-al Process in the Flue Gas Purification System of Garbage Incineration Power Plant
The flue gas deacidification system of semi-dry method+dry method+wet tower is used in a garbage incineration plant to carry out cascade treatment of acid gas produced by incin-eration.After analyzing the operation data of the system,it is found that the operation conditions of each deacidification process section are quite different from the design conditions.If the deacid-ification system is used under design conditions,it will cause the problems of high cost of deacidi-fication consumables and large output of fly ash and wastewater.Analysis and research have found that by adjusting the operating parameters of some equipment,the energy consumption and carbon emissions of the deacidification system can be reduced,achieving both emission standards and cost reduction,which will contribute to the ultimate achievement of the"dual carbon"target..Be-fore working condition adjustment,the concentration of SO2 and HCl in stack flue gas is within 5mg/Nm3.After several adjustment tests,the emission concentrations of SO2 and HCl in the tail flue gas can still be controlled within 10 mg/Nm3.It is far below the emission requirements of EU 2010,GB 2014 and Shanghai local standard.The cost of slaked lime and sodium hydroxide deacid-ification consumables per ton of waste treatment is reduced from the design value of 25.39 RMB to 13.7 RMB.Compared with the design value,the use cost of deacidification consumables is reduced by 53.92%,and the cost reduction and efficiency increase are obvious.
