Model predictive control of dynamic supply chain system based on disturbance observer
To address the production-inventory control problem in supply chain systems under uncertain market demand,a production control strategy for supply chain system combining model predictive control(MPC)and disturbance observer(DOB)was introduced.Firstly,a production-inventory mathematical model of the three-level dynamic supply chain was established by analyzing the three-level supply chain system.Secondly,a feed-forward compensation mechanism based on disturbance observer was designed to compensate the impact of uncertain demand on the supply chain system.Finally,considering the practical constraints in the supply chain system,a model predictive control scheme was developed,and the asymptotic stability of the system was demonstrated.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by simulation examples.
