Simulation and experiments of Ti-22Al-25Nb micro-milling machining parameters
In order to obtain reasonable Ti-22Al-25Nb micro-milling machining parameters,Abaqus was used to establish Ti-22Al-25Nb three-dimensional micro-milling finite element model.An orthogonal simulation scheme was designed to study the effect of milling depth,spindle speed and feed per tooth on the micro-milling force,and micro-milling experiments were carried out to verify the simulation results.The results show that the milling depth has the greatest influence on the micro-milling force,while the feed per tooth has the least influence.The optimal machining parameters is obtained,and the mean relative error between the micro-milling force in the actual machining and the simulation value is 11.4%,which verifies the accuracy of the three-dimensional finite element simulation of micro-milling machining,and provides a reference for the micro-milling machining of Ti-22Al-25Nb.
