Practical Exploration,Realistic Problem and Improvement Strategy of Law-based Education in China's Primary and Secondary Schools
In today's China,the implementation framework of law-based education for primary and secondary school students has been preliminarily constructed,covering the multi-dimensions of organizational leadership mechanism,institutional guarantee system,curriculum structure setting,teaching strategy optimization,and social practice activities.However,there are still some problems such as the formalization of education,disorder of curriculum and absence of practices.Therefore,we should explore the new paradigm and path of law-based education in primary and secondary schools as a whole approach,which include relying on social forces to establish an alliance for law-based education to deal with the problem of education formalization;adopting an integrated design of the contents and modes of legal curriculum to tackle with the disorder of legal education curriculum;discovering more value connotation of extra-curricular activities,so as to solve the absence of practical activities of law-based education.
