该文首次以杨梅核为原料制备了木醋液,采用Folin-酚法、FRAP体系、DPPH法和ABTS法研究了杨梅核醋液(PA)及其二氯甲烷提取物(PAE)的总酚含量、总还原力、清除DPPH·和ABTS+能力.结果表明:杨梅核PA及其PAE的总酚含量分别为28.25和412.54 mg/g;PAE表现出较强的还原力,相同浓度下约是Trolox的1.3倍.PAE对DPPH·和ABTS+均具有较高的清除自由基能力,其半抑制率IC50高于抗坏血酸(VC)低于Trolox;PA和PAE的总还原力(FRAP法)、DPPH·和ABTS+清除能力与总酚含量之间呈良好的线性关系.
Antioxidant activity of the pyroligneous acid from bayberry stones
Bayberry ( Myrica rubra Sieb. et Zucc. ) 9tones were used to prepare pyroligneous acid for the first time. Phenolics content, total reducing power, DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging activity of the bayberry stone pyroligenous acid (PA) and its dichloromethane extraction (PAE) were investigated. Phenolics content in the raw PA and ethyl acetate extraction of PA was 28.25 and 412.54 mg/g,respectively. PAE showed good ferric reducing power and was approximately 1.3 times higher than that of Trolox at the same concentration. PAE exhibited superior DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging activity. The half inhibitory content ( IC50 ) of PAE was lower than that of Trolox and higher than that of ascorbic acid (VC). The ferric reducing power, DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging ability of PA and PAE showed good correlation with their total phenolic content.
