Spatial structure of Robinia pseudoacacia plantation in Miyun Reservoir Watershed of Beijing
In 2006, to analyze the spatial structure of Robinia pseudoacacia plantation, the plantation predominated by R. pseudoacacia located in Wuzuolou Forest Farm of Beijing was taken as the study object, and three structural parameters, i.e. mingling degree, neighborhood comparison and uniform angle index, were used. The results showed that mingling degree of R. pseudoacacia plantation was mainly zero( Mi=0) and relatively weak(Mi = 0.25) , the mean value was 0.158, indicating the simple spatial allocation and poor mixing of different tree species in this plantation. The distribution of neighborhood comparison changed with a fluctuant pattern, and the proportions of dominant, sub-dominant and middle stands differred little, and the stability of species in the arborous layer was good. As for uniform angle index, considering the spatial structure units, the frequency of some individual tree classes changed in a relatively large range and the forest plantation presented a gathering distribution pattern.
